Bringing a crew to a site in Finland? This is how worker accommodation works for foreign subcontractors and posted workers.

How it works

Send us the location, number of workers, duration and budget – by email or WhatsApp. You get a proposal with apartments and one total price the same day, weekends included. At fastest, your crew moves in the same day.

Contracts and invoicing

The contract is made with your company, in English, Finnish or Swedish. You get one invoice covering everything: furnished apartments, electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi and parking. The typical price is 25–30 € per bedroom per night.

Where we operate

Anywhere in Finland – including data center construction sites such as Espoo, Kirkkonummi, Vihti, Hamina and Kajaani, and industrial towns such as Raahe, Tornio, Kemi, Harjavalta and Äänekoski. We also operate across Sweden and Estonia.
